FLAT FAMILY RATE

If you are a family that likes water activities, you understand them as a way to do sport or disconnect enjoying nature while enjoying the company of those you love the most and you have the opportunity to visit us often, we offer you the possibility to enjoy it in a very economical way throughout the year.

The family flat rate allows you to enjoy the activity throughout the year as many times as you like on the opening dates and if they do not match your needs, please contact us and we will see what we can do.

The only limitation we put on you is that in high season you can only enjoy the activity in 1 hour sessions, but as many times as you want as long as there is availability and parking is limited to 1 hour in front and 1 hour behind behind the activity. Outside of high season you can enjoy it for as many hours in a row as you want within the opening hours and with free access to the car park for as long as you want.

This rate is designed for families, as it can only be enjoyed by people who register, although exceptionally some of the companions may change.

This rate gives you the right to enjoy whenever you want:
1 Canoe for up to 4 people (220 kg)
or 1 Canoe up to 4 seats (250 kg)
or 2 Single open canoe
or 2 Paddle surf boards
or 2 Single closed canoe
or 1 hydropedal up to 5 seats (350 kg)

You will be able to enjoy a 10% discount for all those people who accompany you even if they hire different boats than you.

With a small supplement it also gives you the right to enjoy for 1 hour:
2 canoes for 2 people for €8

The duration of the flat rate is 1 year from the moment the purchase is made.
This rate is designed to be amortized during the summer months (June, July and August) and as a courtesy, its validity is extended to the whole year, so that if during the months of September to May you cannot access to enjoy the activity for reasons of force majeure imposed by the government authorities (example: covid confinement…), the expiry of the rate will be the same. In the event that these restrictions occur in the high season months mentioned above, their expiry will be extended by the same amount of time that the restrictions have lasted and in case the season ticket is not renewed, it can be enjoyed the following year of the flat rate during the same days of the year in which the restrictions have been applied.

When hiring the “online” activity, you must indicate in the comments:
Full names (name and 2 surnames) of all members
Identity card
Mobile phone, if you do not indicate otherwise, we will register you in the group of users with a subscription to keep you informed of the latest news that may affect you, timetables, navigation restrictions, events at the reservoir, weather, level of water, promotions…
The license plate of the vehicle with which you will usually come in order to speed up your identification, especially in high season.

We recommend that you reserve the material each day you want to come in order to guarantee availability. To book, you only need to indicate your preferences by phone, whatsapp or email and if it’s available, we’ll save it for you. Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until you receive our reply.

How to arrive

• To arrive to us you have to take the C-16 to Berga and then take the C-26 towards Vilada, follow the signs for Vi- lada for about 3 kms to the bridge of La Baells. Just cross the bridge you will find very large car parks at km 152.5 with our yellow signs and you can read INDOMIT. You must leave your car in these car parks and continue on foot following the signs under the bridge.
