POSTPONES AND / OR CANCELLATIONS
Postponements due to inclement weather will only be accepted when recommended by the person in charge of the activity or if the conditions are not adequate at the time of starting the activity. In no case will a postponement be accepted so that the conditions are not suitable for the participant's home. Any participant who does not show up at the activity site arguing for bad weather will lose the right to do the same.
Participants in those activities that cannot be carried out due to weather conditions may propose a new date within the next 6 months, they will also have the right to request a refund of the amount paid with a penalty of 25% and that these they will have to take care of the expenses that the return procedures may cause and the money will be returned to them following the process of payments to suppliers that the company has established.
All those activities that, once contracted, regardless of the time until the date of performance, it can be foreseen that they will not be able to be carried out on the scheduled date for reasons of force majeure outside both the client and the company. (Attacks, meteorological phenomena, employer strikes, epidemics ...), and being clear that this is a situation not desired by either party, a beneficial solution will be sought in good faith for both parties once the situation is over. has resulted in not being able to perform the activity on the scheduled date. In case of not being able to reach any agreement, the situation will be transferred to the courts of Berga in order to find a solution, having to face the expenses each one of the parts of the part that corresponds to him.
It should be noted that all activities will begin and end at the scheduled time, the company is not responsible for the punctuality of Messrs. Clients. Anyone who is unable to carry out an activity due to lack of punctuality will have lost the right to carry out the activity and any payment and deposit that may have been made in advance, either in cash or in the form of codes.
It is also noted that the time to be taken into account is the time of presentation indicated by the organization and not the start of the activity, as the activities require some time for documentation, equipment and training before from the beginning of this. So, if a participant shows up before the start time but later than the presentation time, he / she will have lost the right to carry out the activity.

The participants of those activities that cannot be carried out due to force majeure, illness, traffic accidents, breakdowns in the vehicle ... will have to argue it in a documentary way in order not to lose the right to perform the activity on a new date.
A- For reservations with amounts less than € 150
In case of justifying the impossibility of carrying out the reserved activities more than 48 hours in advance. In this case the advanced amount will be deposited in the company and can be used as payment and deposit for future activities. In the event that the participants have given as a guarantee of presentation any code, check, gift voucher or similar, the included services may be performed on a new date before they expire. In the event that the participant wants a refund, he / she will have to bear the expenses that this may cause and the money will be refunded following the payment process to suppliers established by the company.
If it is communicated in less than 48 hours or the participants do not show up at the place and time indicated to carry out the activity, 100% of the amount of the contracted activities is automatically lost. In the event that the participants have given as a guarantee of presentation some code, check, gift voucher or similar, they will have lost the possibility of enjoying them and the activity will be considered consumed.
B- For reservations with amounts over € 150
In this type of reservation there is usually a greater planning behind, both in the preparation of the activity, as in the disposition of material, as well as in the availability of the necessary technicians to be able to manage it ... For this reason the deadlines for modification of dates or cancellations must be longer.
In these cases, the maximum period to be able to make a change in the date will be 7 days before the date of the activity.
In case of respecting the indicated minimum date, the advanced amount will remain in deposit in the company and will be able to be used like payment and signal for future activities. In the event that the participants have given as a guarantee of presentation any code, check, gift certificate or similar, the included services may be performed on a new date ab ans do not expire. In the event that the participant wants a refund, he / she will have to bear the expenses that this may cause and the money will be refunded following the payment process to suppliers established by the company.
