How to make a reservation

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING

There are several ways to contract activities:

The "on-line" activity can be hired with an open date and then contacted for availability within 6 months,
Or you can contact to find out the availability and then contract the activity either by web, by transfer or in person at our offices.

The first case is fine if you do not have a specific date for the activity or if you want to make a gift and do not know the preferences of the beneficiary.
The second case is better if it is essential that the activity be on a specific date.

If you want to check the availability first before hiring the activity, you must contact the company by phone or email (we recommend email, because in this way all the details of the two parts are written in writing the reservation, even if the phone is good for a first consultation or to solve small doubts) indicating your preferences, from the company we will check the availability and once confirmed by the company that YES there is availability to be able to carry out the desired activity on the indicated date, it will be necessary to contract the activity, either from our website with a card, by bank transfer (Banc Sabadell ES34-0081-1888-0600-0100-8403) or in person at Our offices in the adventure center located in Olvan (previous confirmation of presence, since there is not always someone in the offices).

In case you check availability and it takes a few days before paying, it is advisable to check availability again as this may have changed.

The payment of the activities will always need to be prior to carrying out these activities, but it may be a one-off payment or a first payment in order to confirm the reservation and make a payment of the outstanding value 1 week before its completion.

In the case of few participants it is more comfortable to make a single payment but in large groups where the final number of participants is unknown, it is better to do it twice, since on the one hand the organizer is receiving the Confirmation and possible payment of the rest of the participants and on the other hand saves the payment of some participants who may not end up participating in the activity.

Activities worth more than 150 € that are not fully paid 1 week in advance will not be confirmed, the amount paid will be lost and availability will be made to other participants.
The same will be true for reservations of less than 150 € when arriving 48 hours in advance.

Once the activities have been paid, the cancellation/deferral policy published on this website will be applied.

Once the activities are fully confirmed, the company will provide the clients with all the necessary information to take into account the day of the activity, meeting point, how to get there, what to bring ...

Postponements of inclement weather will only be accepted when recommended by the person in charge of the activity or if at the time of starting the activity the conditions are not adequate. In no case will a deferment be accepted so that the conditions are not suitable for the participant's home. Any participant who does not show up at the site arguing the bad weather will lose the right to do the same.

Participants in activities that cannot be performed due to weather conditions may propose a new date within the next 6 months, will also have the right to request a refund of the amount paid with a 25% penalty and that these they will have to bear the costs that the return procedures may incur and the money will be refunded following the payment process to suppliers that the company has established.

All those activities that once contract, regardless of the time until the date of execution, can be foreseen that they will not be able to be carried out on the programmed date for reasons of force majeure other than the client and the company (attacks, meteorological phenomena, work breaks, epidemics ...), and being clear that this is an undesired situation by either party, a good solution will be sought in good faith for both parties after the situation has been overcome. entailed not being able to perform the activity on the scheduled date. If no agreement can be reached, the situation will be transferred to the Berga court in order to find a solution, having to pay the costs of each of the parties to the corresponding party.

It is noteworthy that all activities will start and end at the scheduled time, the company is not responsible for the timeliness of Messrs. Clients. Everyone who cannot carry out an activity due to the lack of punctuality will have lost the right to carry out the activity and the possible payment and signal that it has advanced, either in cash or in the form of codes.

It is also clear that the time to take into account is the presentation that indicates the organization and not the start of the activity, since the activities require a while for the documentation, equipment and training before from the beginning of it. So, if a participant presents before the start time but later than the presentation time, he / she will have lost the right to carry out the activity.

It is the responsibility of Messrs. Customers make a good forecast and planning of the trip to the place of carrying out the activities, taking into account the different situations that may be encountered during the journey, wrong way, traffic, accidents, breakdowns, delays ...

The participants of those activities that cannot be carried out due to force majeure, illness, traffic accidents, breakdowns in the vehicle ... will have to argue in a documentary way so that they do not lose the right to perform the activity on a new date.

A- For reservations with less than 150 €

In case of justifying the impossibility of carrying out the activities booked more than 48 hours in advance. In this case, the advanced amount will be deposited in the company and may be used as a signal and payment for future activities. In the event that participants have given as a guarantee of presentation some code, check, gift voucher or similar, the included services may be performed at a new date before they expire. In the event that the participant wishes to return the money, the participant will have to cover the costs that this may incur and the money will be refunded following the payment process to suppliers that the company has established.

If you notify us within 48 hours or if the participants do not show up at the time and place indicated for the activity, 100% of the contracted activities will be automatically lost. In the event that participants have given as a guarantee of presentation some code, check, gift voucher or similar, they will have lost the opportunity to enjoy them and the activity will be consumed.

B- For bookings over 150 €

In this type of reservation there is usually a bigger planning behind, both in the preparation of the activity, in the disposition of material, as in the availability of the technicians needed to manage it ... For this reason the deadlines for modification of dates or cancellations must be longer.

In these cases, the maximum time to make a change in the date will be 7 days before the date of the activity.
In case of respecting the minimum date indicated, the advanced amount will be deposited in the company and can be used as a signal and payment for future activities. In the event that participants have given as a guarantee of presentation some code, check, gift voucher or similar, the included services may be performed at a new date before they expire. In the event that the participant wishes to return the money, the participant will have to cover the costs that this may incur and the money will be refunded following the payment process to suppliers that the company has established.

If you communicate within less than 7 days or no one appears in the place and time indicated to carry out the activity, 100% of the amount of the contracted activities will be automatically lost. In the event that participants have given as a guarantee of presentation some code, check, gift voucher or similar, they will have lost the opportunity to enjoy them and the activity will be consumed.
